About the event
Participants will practice real-world scenarios, engage in individual and group exercises and learn from each other in the areas of Assertiveness and Emotional Intelligence.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
- Define and Assess your Emotional Intelligence
- Discuss how to use EQ to build sustainable relationships
- Uncover how EQ builds resilience to successfully overcome setbacks
Assertiveness
- Learn to recognize when you come across as too passive or too aggressive and practice projecting an assertive presence
- Determine how your body language and tone of voice impact communication
- Handle challenging situations with more confidence
