Our Why: You can't be what you can't see. The ALI Collaborative is about making change happen, showing women how they can overcome the unique barriers we face in the workplace while dismantling outdated narratives. We are strong, we are smart and we deserve to be supported, paid equally and to make decisions that represent our best interest.

 

What We do: Provide access to resources, facilitate workshops and host events to support women of all ages to build confidence, set boundaries,  and discover opportunities. 

 

How we do it: Thoughtful facilitation of personal development, career pathing, connection and community support.
